Catherine Miller, Esq. participates in the Association of Family Conciliation Courts Conference

Catherine Miller, Esq. joined other leading Family Law attorneys in Washington, DC this week for the Association of Family Conciliation Courts annual conference.  The focus of this year’s conference was on Advanced Issues in Child Custody: Evaluation, Litigation and Settlement.  Sessions included several important topics such as Alienation, Shared Parenting, Advanced Issues in Psychological Testing in Custody Issues, Same Sex Marriage & Parenting, Shared Legal Custody, Approaches to Interviews with Children, Cross-Examining the mental Health Professional, and more.  Catherine is looking forward to applying the new skills she learned.
