Jessica Govind completed the community certificate training program with the Volunteers of America (Northern New England). The 40-hour program featured conflict theory and management, theories and practice of mediation, building and enhancing client rapport; impact of mediator influence, bias and the directive impulse; standards of mediator practice, ethics and professional limitations of mediation practice.
