Clarke C. Hambley, Jr. Esq. has been practicing law for over 40 years and recently joined forces with Miller Law and Mediation to lend his experience and expertise in both Family and Business law.  Clarke offers the firm trusted advisory services and business expertise.  His primary focus includes but is not limited to the following:

Family Law – Complex divorce involving business, estate, trust assets, and marital and non-marital assets, valuation issues, multi-state parties, parental rights, and enforcement and modification

Business Law – Business formation, operation, litigation, acquisition and sale contracts; construction law (contracts, subcontracts, public bid, mediation and arbitration)

Alternative Dispute Services – Arbitration; mediation; early neutral evaluation, med/arb references – provided through “Guided Decisions”

Clarke volunteers his time through the Volunteer Lawyers Project and Pine Tree Legal Assistance, assisting low-income clients with a  variety of legal matters.

Clarke graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy (1965); Antioch College, B.A. (1970); University of Maine School of Law, J.D. (1974) (National Moot Court).  He is admitted to practice in the State of Maine, the U.S. District Court, District of Maine, U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.  He is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, American Bar Association (Member, Sections on: Corporation, Banking and Business Law; Real Property, Probate and Trust Law; Family Law and Litigation).
